It’s great that you’re here. I’ve always had a passion for and been drawn to personal and professional development. It’s the reason that I write, teach, and coach. My hope is that everyone will be happy about themselves and their work. Life is too short to not be thrilled with what you do and at the prospect of tomorrow!

Over the course of my career, I’ve coached and motivated individuals ready to reach beyond personal boundaries to work less, earn more, and realize their goals. My approach is holistic, based on art, science, and research, and focused on clients’ goals and aspirations. I leverage assessments in personal and professional development coaching, including MBTI, Strong, FIRO, DISC, EIQ-2 [and a host of others] to help clients gain insights into their strengths, blind spots, performance levels, leadership abilities, and emotional intelligence. I partner with clients to make shifts in their work/life balance, reach goals and objectives, achieve dreams and aspirations, and ultimately realize success.
